Gem Plaza was established in 1991 as a company supplying soaps, toiletries, and cosmetics to outlets all over the UAE. The items were sourced from manufacturers located in various countries in South-East Asia.

Over the years, the company has grown steadily to expand the product range it deals in. During the same period we expanded our operations to include re-export to markets in neighbouring countries in Africa.

Today, we are a full-fledged trading organisation with imports from Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other South-East Asian countries, as well as the United Kingdom. We offer a wide range of items which includes soaps, shampoos, body deodorants, skin creams and face creams, facial lotions, hair sprays, and hair gels, among other personal-care products.

Our distribution network covers all types of outlets from wholesales to supermarkets to pharmacies in all the emirates of the UAE. On the re-export front we cover Africa, the CIS, and all member countries of the GCC.
